Benicia Main Street is a quarterfinalist in the "America's Main Streets" 2019 contest. At stake is a $25,000 grand prize from Independent We Stand. The money would be used to expand the Southern Pacific Depot waiting room for use as an art and historic display. Public voting runs April 29 through May 26.
